I needed this fixture which had been discontinued- but the mfr was still making g all the parts, used in other lights. The LightShop understood my issue and actually worked with the mfr to make the item I needed. Highly recommend them - rare to find such great customer service.

Missing main piece

Opened the box only to find the main shade of the light completely missing. I had the electricians there ready to hang everything. So now I will have to get a replacement part I hope and pay the electricians to come back a second time. Sorry to leave a bad review, it’s a beautiful light fixture.

Once we were notified that the main ring was missing, we worked directly with the manufacturer to ship the replacement ring at no charge. Because of the large diameter of this component, it was sent via truck freight to ensure safe delivery.

8/10 at 8:04 am (Sunday) — we replied.
Things happen (we wish we could bubble-wrap the truck too), but what matters is how you respond. In this case, the issue was resolved as quickly as possible while communicating thoroughly and paying attention to the Customer — even on the weekend. We’ll let the public decide.

I purchased these lights to add ambiance to an indoor/outdoor lanai with concrete walls. Running hard wire would have been expensive and challenging, but these light offered a beautiful alternative. Love them!!!

The fixture is simply perfect. It was delayed and took almost 4 weeks but the company was very responsive and understanding. Also I researched numerous sites and the light shop had the best price. I ordered 4 of them for my master bath. The size is bold at 26 ' and they have nice weight to them. The shade is a bright white, slender, clean line I love them. They will be installed in about three weeks when the bath is complete. Great company thank you again.

They support the customer after the sale

I purchased 4 light fixtures and all of them were quickly delivered to me within a couple of days. Unfortunately, one of the fixtures was missing the bag with the screws and other assembly parts, but that's the fault of the manufacturer not theLightShop. I contacted customer service by email and identified the parts that were missing and received a prompt reply letting me know that they would contact the manufacturer and get back with me. While it took the manufacturer two tries to get the correct parts shipped out to me, the customer service staff kept on top of everything and made sure that I was aware of exactly what was going on. I may have encountered a small hiccup with my purchase but theLightShop made sure that I was completely satisfied and everything was perfect with the fixtures.

I really appreciate the high level of customer service I received and would gladly purchase from them again.

Beautiful sconce!! easy to set up and it gives a lovely glow. An affordable option for a sconce without having to get an electrician for installation.

I love this light fixture so much!!

This light exactly the look I am going for! It goes perfectly with my bathroom renovation. The light is good quality and well-made. It’s super easy to install & there’s no assembly required. I was a little worried about the weight of the light being supported by the wall plate since it’s so long but it’s on there good & tight. Although it’s a 5 light fixture, it’s lightweight yet sturdy. 5 lights makes it nice and bright for a bathroom vanity. The gold is a brushed golden gold. It’s pretty & matches pretty well with the rest of the gold in my bathroom. The glass enclosure is also nice and thick good quality glass. I absolutely love this light!

Good Service

We ordered several bath vanity lights. They were promptly shipped & received, but 2 of the glass shades were broken, likely during shipping. theLightShop contacted their supplier & we soon received replacement shades. Very good customer service.
