During 4th of July weekend,I scoured the internet for a specific chandelier and found the best price at theLightShop. So I quickly placed my order, only to realize the next morning that I ordered the wrong model. I quickly emailed customer svc, explained my mistake and they easily corrected my order all w/in 24 hrs of my error & it was a holiday weekend! My beautiful chandelier arrived 2 weeks later!! That's excellent customer service!

These looks amazing in my new bathroom (picture is without the mirror :). Customer service was on point and nothing like I have experienced, especially during a pandemic and shortages on so many materials during this time. They were attentive, patient, apologetic but provided constant updated without asking!! Even though I got my sconces farther out than I wanted, they arrived in perfect condition, easy to put together and we made it work! Thank you!
I purchased 2 pendants for my island and they look great. theLightShop has fantastic customer service too. A real person will actually respond to your questions in a timely manner!
It took a little while getting the light (about 5 weeks) but it’s truly just as pictured. One globe was broken but promptly replaced. Very nice customer service. My bathroom isn’t finished so it’s not hanging yet but I can’t wait.
