RETURN POLICY Products are eligible for return within 14 days of receipt Installed or used products are not eligible for Return Clearance Items may not be eligible for Return. Sale Items are not eligible for Return Holiday Items are not eligible for Return Custom Orders or custom made or built-to-order items are non-returnable and non-cancellable once the order has been placed. The reasson for this is the Mfr does not want to build an item and then have a cancellation, in most cases we are required to pay for Orders to start production. Bulbs Not Eligible for Return No Warranty on Bulbs Items requiring Common Carrier (truck) are not eligible for return. We do not issue refunds on freight air shipment or common carrier shipments. Items returned without authorization may not be refunded Product damaged during shipment must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Products must be returned in original cartons and packaging materials Credit is issued once product is received and inspected. Products may be subject to a restocking fee To ensure that credit is applied correctly and promptly, please contact us to receive a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Items may NOT be returned via US Mail, we've had too many items returned damaged. if sent back Us Mail, items(s) will be refused. Capiz Chandeliers are not eligible for return-unless damaged in transit, we'd then send a replacement.
In the event you need to return a Product, we’d be more than happy to assist you in re-selecting another fixture. We have access to 1000’s of Products not yet on our Site.
